QuantumRE gets the job done and puts the money in your bank account. Quantum RE offered me an alternative method to utilize the 100% unused equity in my second home without filing a credit application, getting(paying for) an assessment, making payments, paying any interest, or paying taxes on the amount purchased by the equity partner. The process took about two weeks until the money was in my bank account. This is an available service to anyone with house ownership and equity in that house and is a much better alternative to "borrowing" on you equity: i.e. a second mortgage or HELOC. No payments. Thirty year note. Quantum RE's personnel treated me very professionally and got the job done just as they said they would. I'm in the process of doing the same thing with my primary residence right now.
