This is one of the best services within this niche I have used including the popular "B.B." service/system which doesn't come close in comparison to WhaleStreams speed and information. I just so happened to test out their customer support form and sure enough, Josh called me back ASAP with a willingness to help. Shortly after we spoke I realized we are very close in proximity to their main office/headquarters geographically and Josh was just a really nice guy.
