Democratizing alternative investments… I like that this app and company allows investors to access private assets at a small minimum. I have lots of real estate and overall investing experience but the minimums are typically really high. Getting started in high-end vacation rentals that I like is complex and yet the best properties in the best locations with the best amenities and features, should do better than the average vacation rental. I like the opportunity to diversify across various assets and not just have exposure to stocks, bonds and traditional assets.

This is so exciting for all new and seasoned investors. The app is seamless and fool proof. Tons of info and even aesthetically pleasing. Reccomend!
