I was in a pinch to get financing for… I was in a pinch to get financing for this deal, I just closed on a property few weeks ago, and I didn’t have enough cash in reserve to get this deal, my closing date was in 14 days, I gave all the info to Travis , and he ensured me that, he was able to make it happen, I sent all the documents and was able to close on time.
