I’ve been communicating with Matt Neumeyer for a few years now, avidly reading his reverse mortgage newsletter, particularly his take on the reverse mortgage situation with condos. I took the risk of e-mailing him about an item in his newsletter, and he was very gracious with his time in further explaining it. That became a pen pal friendship. At the time I was not in the market for a reverse mortgage but had been researching them for use as part of my retirement strategy.
