Less than Honest Lender Was send a contract for funding, after going through all their requested details for days and on the actual terms. Was to close last week, finally get the funding call at 5pm, when the deal was to have been funded days ago. When I do get the funding call, the associate was extremely standoffish and ask questions, then hung up. 3 hours later I am told no deal. Dealing with lenders in the MCA space is difficult, they lie to get you in the door, then they pressure you to take deals that was not the original offer.
