GBI would recommend staying away from the… 1038 Columbus Ave., Marysville, OH 43040 I would recommend staying away from the Marysville, Ohio branch of Mariner Finance. I recently defaulted on my loan (hardship), but then paid the loan in full. But the branch manager (Charles/Chuck) seemed to be irritated when I would call him following up on the refund of the overpayment I made, he said he could not give me any information about my Loan, (mind) you that was opened and paid off at this Mariner Branch. Wouldn't give me any info of payments that I made, or why his payoff was different than he quoted me at the beginning, I am missing over 80$ that should have been added to my overpayment. It was very unprofessional the way he handled my concerns, I did hang up on him, because I was so upset.

GBVery fast and very professional As I am very grateful for everything that people do for me in my senior years I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Mariner finance for their extreme professionalism and the expediency in which I got my loan I was very impressed and for me that's hard to do I set the bar very high I always expect more out of myself this company meant and or exceeded my expectations for that I will be eternally grateful good job I can only hope they keep it up

GBBig Boss Manager plays her part WELL..and let's her agents work their magic. All of the staff was great, especially the manager ,who's name I can't recall at this moment but whom without none of this would be possible...managed to get us more money than we were expecting and refinance our vehicle in the process.....plus our agent Mrs Patty Sledge was outstanding. She was very energetic and great to do business with. So many people in the financial world are very uptight and frankly rather dull. Mrs. Patty brings a feel of the simpler days when a man's handshake meant something and everyone wasn't offended by honesty.... We Like That! A lot! We plan to aquire you guys again when we begin the renovations... Maybe then the dress code will allow for a Shorts and T-shirt Day for the whole staff courtesy of the Fabulous Mrs Patty

GBGood customer service Loan officer Angelica provided excellent customer service! I was disappointed this company did not approve the loan amount that I initially requested however I was impressed with the good customer service displayed by the people who work there! Please let Angelica know she’s appreciated:)
