Great Customer Service!!!!!! J. Johnson was great. I would have given 5 stars ,but original funding deadline was missed by BOTH parties. HE was attentive and very knowledgable. He helped me make my dream possible with very little hassle. I will be returning and expect a long-lasting business relationship.

False approvals. They ask you for very private information such as copies of company checks, bank accounts, social security numbers and driver licenses. They make you believe you are approved and then they don’t make the deposit. A day later when you ask for an update they tell you that they changed their mind. I truly believe they are just collecting your information with some malicious purposes. They is too much documentation in their hands.

RUDE and Callus I filled out the application and someone called Immediately! This person was very short with me and only cared how much money was deposited in my bank for the last 4 months, no helpful advise. As soon as he found out what my deposits were he said that my company was not a good fit for them. I hear that a lot, but not as rudely and callus as he said it.
