I initially left a very negative… I initially left a very negative review. I spoke with Mike Goldberg one of the managers with Cardinal!! They bent over backwards to make sure that there weren’t any hard feelings. He responded to me in a very timely manner, a very personable gentleman and he wanted to hear my side and he actually listened!! My case was very different from what they normally deal with. We were current but I was still interested in reducing the interest rate. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. But after speaking with Mike and all that they are doing to make it fair, I do recommend their services and if I’m ever in a position that their services are needed I sure won’t hesitate to call on them.

Mike Goldberg is the best!! Mike Goldberg is the best!!! My husband and I lost our jobs due to Covid about 1.5 years ago which made us fall behind on our mortgage. My case manager was Mike. He was absolutely amazing. He was very patient through this process from the beginning to the end. He was always available to answer our questions and concerns.
