GBTrailing Drawdown and other account details are not accurate. Using Tradeovate is great, however, something is deeply wrong with their syncing of your account's statistics. You could "fail" but not actually fail. This problem may lie at the feet of Tradeovate. They said they fixed it the first time, but it keeps happening. 4 Stars for customer service. They're very communicative and supportive of traders. It's just dealing with Tradeovate that's messing things up.

GBThey care and talk to their customers… They care and talk to their customers to help them reach their goals. I like that they have a daily loss while trading, that if you hit, it will stop your trading for the day so you don't blow up the account and live another day to trade.

GBMy complaint (Date approximate) My complaint: they have a hard trading halt at 3:00CT. (EDIT: It has been changed to 3:45. Kudos for listening. Added a star.) Their reason for not allowing longer (to 4:00) is mistaken. The increased margin only applies to positions carried past 4:00 to the 5:00CT market restart. Even a 3:15CT halt would be fine. They don't say if such violation is "hard" or "soft". They don't tell you about it in the Rules. It's only mentioned in the FAQ. For me, this is a hard no to do another eval.
