I was really satisfied with the people… I was really satisfied with the people I dealt with at Crown Street. They had so much patience and they were very helpful and professional. On top of my limitations, they were there for me and I was just very pleased. Their marketing department had been sending me letters for more than a year but I was just ignoring them. After a while, I decided to try working with Crown Street. I wanted to consolidate my bills so I got a personal loan from them. The application process happened on the same day. I called and then they referred me to customer service and everything was fast. It probably took only a couple of hours or so and then they responded that all the documentation was done. They were amazing.
