Nick Casale was the first lender i… Nick Casale was the first lender i called back. He explained several factors of the equity loan. I called others lenders but decided to go with Nick. His professional, and approachable attitude set my nerves at ease with the project I had in mind.

I was bombarded with telephone calls I was bombarded with telephone calls, emails, and texts from aggressive mortgage sales people for several days. I thought the system would provide targeted options, but it was a sales campaign that was disheartening and not aligned with my needs.

I'm realy not sure what I expected I'm realy not sure what I expected. I was just looking for a broad estimate of what the loan rates would be and how much I could barrow. With in seconds of me hitting the enter button my phone it blew up with calls and it continued for several days. The lender I chose has been great to work with and we are almost ready to close. I will say the Rocket Mortgage was a little aggressive, not sure if I was talking to a computer, he would stop long enough for me to tell him we had already made a decision on a lender.

A round trip to HEAVEN! My experience with Danielle Carlisle could not have been better. She was so helpful and found a way that could help us, that we had never been offered by any other lender. She was so pleasant and patient, it is something that has been lost in todays environment.
