They stuck to the agenda and did not give preference to class members who had several years of experience, which really helped me. The handouts are great. Poor Customer Service I recently signed up for the interactive app and had difficulties. The customer service with Mathew isn't worth the membership. He has excuses and seems put out if you are trying to resolve something. I was advised my Mathew that I would have received an email. No email. He didn't check the history. Potential customers need to be aware that if you have difficulties, you will hit a resistance wall. So now Mathew responds and tries to blame me rather than rectifying his error. No wonder Stephanie is losing customers.
