When Covid hit When Covid hit, and I contacted the organization, you were kind, caring and accommodating. A much much smaller loan is also on my books, I’ve had to give a plethora of documents to justify lack of payments. The account managers seem clueless… The account managers seem clueless about what each other are doing. They call me many times per week and I tell them they need to call the finance dept in my company to get the information they need. I give them the correct contact person and a couple of days later a different person calls me again. Trying to get this corrected for a couple of months now.

They were there for me! Businessbacker contacted me in March to see how they could help with the Coronavirus issues. My business was shutdown and they allowed me to make no payments until I was ready to resume. Thankfully I was able to continue to 33% of my original payment (my choice). Their concern for my business and the amazing people I spoke with were not concerned about getting their money but instead about how I was doing. This has been the best organization I have worked with from the ease of obtaining funds to the personal touch they provide. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for funding.
