GBNO PAPERWORK FOR PAYMENT AMOUNT OR DUE DATES??!! We got funding from Select Funding but we did not receive any paperwork letting us know the terms of the loan, WE HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE PAYMENTS ARE DUE OR HOW MUCH THE PAYMENTS ARE. NOTHING!!! How are you suppose to work that into your budget????? WE CALLED THE MAN WHO SET UP THE LOAN AND APPARENTLY NOW THAT HE'S GOT HIS COMMISSION HE'S NOT INTERESTED IN RETURNING CALLS OR FORWARDING BACK THE REQUESTED INFO.

GB5 stars flat out. When everything goes perfect, it is easy to give 5 stars. But when a problem occurs is when the real potential of a company begins to emerge. Earlier this week I ran into a significant issue and disagreement with Select after having been a happy client for over a year. Jenny Cody and Brian at select turned that 1 star feeling into a 5 star circumstance. Misunderstandings happen, and tempers can flare, but this company did an epic job of turning a bad situation into a serious positive for my business. I would encourage anyone to give these guys a look after this, because while everything was perfect for a little over a year, when a problem arose, they showed their stripes and made things perfect. 5 stars, all day long.
