Even though at times Even though at times, needing cash and things have been tough, usually most of the customer service reps really don't have a lot of sympathy. Don was patient and led me thru the process with as little stress as possible. It's natural that the interest rate is high, but be adult folks. If everything was perfect, you'd go to your local bank and get the rate you need. I would recommend them and Don as well.
