Approval text but loan not approved? I applied for a loan yesterday and received a text message that my loan was approved and scheduled for deposit the next day (today). I didn't receive the deposit. I logged on to the website and it's saying my loan is still being "reviewed" and I should have a decision emailed to me tomorrow. Very confused and concerned because they did run my credit and sent the text message saying my loan was approved.

Misleading. Hard pull for nothing! Get a hard credit pull and get approved. Then they inform you they cant assist you any further because the checking account you have and is in good standing aint supported by them. So if youtrworking on rebuilding your credit. Beware this did more harm than good.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end Straightforward and easy to apply and once approved I can monitor my payments and balance if I so decide to pay off early. A lot of companies claim they have your best interests in mind but many fall short. This company is one of the few that delivers.

Need better communication Said My loan was Approved and would be deposited within the next business day, it still did not go through. I called customer service And I got an automated message saying all representatives were busy, I waited for 20 minutes still no answer... do not recommend, plus their interest rate is way too high, only good if you plan on paying them back in 2 weeks
