GBI need help this company is a total… I need help this company is a total joke I paid off my loan earlier due to being in a process of purchasing a property, and is been 5 Month they will not update that I paid it off the loan. during my loan process I was told that they do not report to credit Bureau, but a few Month through out my loan I got an email stated they would start reporting. they will not send me a pay off letter, kept on giving me the run around each times I called them they will mention that they working on it

GBPortal not working, very hard to access my info When I took out a loan from CF they were very nice and pretty good with the customer service. Recently though, perhaps the last 3 months, their customer portal has not worked for me and I can't access simple info about my loan. When I used their chat feature it was very hard to get the representative to give me the simplest info about my loan. And be aware, 28.5% annual interest is extremely high. more than half of my monthly payments have been going toward interest. I am not sure if there is new ownership but something is definitely not working over there right now.

GBThis company possess the adequate… This company possess the adequate facilities to cater to the needs of people who subscribe to the platform. Although there is still room for improvement, they should do better in terms of customer relations so i wouldn't have to involve an intermediary like revoltseal dot tech in our future dealings. Even so, no one should have to deal with that.

GBThis was the best loan application… This was the best loan application experience ever. First of all, the representatives'customer service was A1, I value good customer service more than I do the actual product or service itself. They were patient, courteous, and never got frustrated or impatient in whatever my dilemma was at the time as far as qualifying for the loan. Other financial institutions need to take a look at how Camino delivers and operates. This is truly a mark of a new day in financial marketing. As far as I'm concerned, Camino leads the way right now. I also would like to mention a name (Gabby) can't quite remember her last name, but she's an angel and don't know it. God bless you Gabby
