USThis prop firm is awful This prop firm is awful. When you request payout its always an issue and no response. I will not continue to trade and not get paid! Now everyone is being told that the broker is changing but continue to trade. Haven't received a payout since I received the original payout and it took over a month to receive the first payout. Do not give your money to this prop firm because they have many issues and lack of communication!

GBbe aware when dealing with this prop firm Customer service is awful Purchased a 50k hft account not knowing it was an mt5 for challenge. I had messaged them 3 seperate times now and no reply from their team but they were able to verify the account on the same day but will not reply to my messages. The previous 2 hft prop firms I was with did the same thing before all of a sudden stop paying all thier customers so be aware when dealing with them. Will update comment if I get anything changes

CMMONETARY ISSUES I just started with them and there are already monetary issues. I deposited money via crypto and it doesn't reflect on my account. The worst part is the customer support - on a LIVE CHAT, they take one full day just to respond to one of your messages with a reply that isn't even helpful. Just imagine what that means. I don't recommend! I just want my money back at this point.
