GBStarted great but now, the honeymoon is over When I first started business with this company, things were great. I still like the ability they enable that I can research multiple ideas of annuities I am considering. But the issue of the web site accurately reflecting the status of my account is still as bad as it was even though I did point this out. But things are different now. When I pointed out I had not received the policy for an annuity I have with a company they represent their attitude was poor and defensive. I still have not received the policy and I am in the process of going to my state insurance board for help. The funny thing, all the company needs to do to deliver the policy is send me a link. They say they sent a link and they acknowledge I did not use the link previously. I asked for another link over two weeks ago and still no link to download my policy.
