This service is a joke and comes across… This service is a joke and comes across as condescending. It gives the impression of being a viable alternative to payment processors like Stripe or Bankful. However, upon initiation, they request bank statements, business licenses, and inventory details. It falls short as a true alternative and complicates the registration process similar to traditional banks. I strongly advise against using it. Honestly if you fail registration anywhere else there's no need to contact this company

Great customer support Nice to work with a real person. It's nice to have a person that I can call or text at a payment processing company. If I need help I have my rep to contact directly or the customer service team. Feels good to know that I'm not just a number like with solutions like Stripe.
