Now 3 months-They don't ship! They don't ship. I'm still waiting on an order placed November of 2023. Whenever I call they say they'll look into it and they very sorry. That doesn't cut it. The product may be good but getting it isn't. I'm now looking into second party shippers before re-ordering any product they make.

Charged, but received no products I ordered a subscription in November and was charged for it. It never came. On their website, it then showed I was charged for a December subscription. It never came. I have called twice. They tell me both are being shipped, but they give me no tracking number. I still haven’t received any emails or tracking numbers telling me where my vitamins are. Very disappointed!
