GBMy experience with the platform I would like to share my recent experience with Banxe. I transferred some funds into my account with the intention of buying USDT. However, I noticed that my euros were deducted but the equivalent USDT wasn't credited. This was unusual and I've immediately reached out to customer service for clarification. Guys from support reply lightning quick. In a few minutes my problem was solved. I would like to add that service is really neat and easy to use. I bet today Banxe is one of most reliable, custom oriented services among other platforms.

ITBad bad bad "Bank" Bad bad bad "Bank" after much communication about the referal program, the conditions have changed asking for a deposit of 50 € for every user. They are not honest, stay away from them.

SKNo good experience Hi all. Here is my sad experience with this bank. Just "disappeared" my money. I credited the money to my account in this bank, and then tried to buy USDT. Money (euro) instantly disappeared and USDT did not appear. Technical support is silent or knows nothing, there is no money :) I also haven't received any confirmation to e-mail of the transaction and nothing is shown on the site. Just lost my money. I do NOT recommend using this financial company. And of course, I will file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authorities. Best Regards Mihal NB:Addition. I myself contacted (with difficulty) the support service and asked the question, where is my money? Secondly: bank representatives write that my review is "misleading." Hey guys, where's my money? :). You still haven't returned them. And where am I "misleading"? NBB.Fresh addition. It's been 4 days already. The funny guys from this "bank" still haven't given me my money. Moreover, they just deleted my account, apparently. I now do not have access to my account - it is not authorized. My error excluded: I have no debts, a clean account, no violations, everything is fine with the KYC, I work from the same computer and so on :). What is it - petty theft, "technical problems" or revenge for the review? We'll find out soon.But it's a terrific negative experience anyway.
