GBAwesome service Working with KS Mortgage Inc., and specifically Kenneth as our loan officer, has been quite an adventure and learning experience for us. We decided to take a step forward and purchase our second home, and though we've been through this process before, it still felt like there was a mountain of information to grasp. Kenneth, he was there for us right from the start. He was patient and took his time to explain the P&L loan program, which was a perfect fit for us since we're both running our own businesses. It felt like he really understood our unique situation, and that made a world of difference. Now, it wasn't all smooth sailing. There were moments of back-and-forth, and at times, I felt like we were drowning in paperwork and details. Kenneth was good about it, but there were times when we would've loved even quicker responses. I guess that's just part of the process, and maybe we were a bit anxious, wanting to get everything settled as soon as possible. Looking back, we appreciate all the hard work that Kenneth and the team at KS Mortgage Inc. put in to help us get our new home. They showed us respect, gave us their time, and really made an effort to understand our needs. It felt personal, and in the end, it was all worth it. We’re excited to start this new chapter in our home, and we have Kenneth and KS Mortgage Inc. to thank for helping us get here.
