They were introduced to us by a realtor who's used their services many times, & we're so THANKFUL for Spectrum because the realtor was correct about their helpfulness. She is extremely accessible by both phone & email, and has been such a wealth of information!! We also love that they have multiple loan options depending on the lendee's needs.
