Big nope. If you are looking to get an ESA Letter, this is absolutely NOT the company to use. They DO NOT provide you with a letter. They charge you $19 for a REQUEST for housing knowing full well that your landlord requires an an actual letter from a licensed therapist/doctor.

Fraudulent Fraudulent, don't believe the reviews, this does not work. Paid for everything I needed and my apartments still wouldn't accept as this is not from a real doctor. They have no help, the number doesn't work it always says calls overloaded and proceeds to tell you they prioritize premium subscribers, plus the stuff never came in the mail, never got a tracking number as the website said i would, and i couldnt dispute the transaction with my bank.
