Big nope. If you are looking to get an ESA Letter, this is absolutely NOT the company to use. They DO NOT provide you with a letter. They charge you $19 for a REQUEST for housing knowing full well that your landlord requires an an actual letter from a licensed therapist/doctor.

They have no help, the number doesn't work it always says calls overloaded and proceeds to tell you they prioritize premium subscribers, plus the stuff never came in the mail, never got a tracking number as the website said i would, and i couldnt dispute the transaction with my bank. Contacted business and started… Contacted business and started application but had questions. Unable to get ahold of them and left message to cancel order. They processed the order anyway and charged me. Do not use this business.

good job somewhat scared by the negative feedback here. But I looked through all the registrars and they all have a lot of negative reviews, strange. In general, I registered my dog and received an ID card, now it is very convenient to show the status of my pet to everyone.
