(21 pounds) until I close it most of the way down and then it fits perfectly. I believe your “small” size can go til to a 25 pound dog. I don’t know whether it was my bad luck… I don’t know whether it was my bad luck or what, but my parcel with all the stuff I’ve ordered was lost somewhere and it took almost two weeks to find it. However, I would like to note the great professionalism of everybody who works in My Service Animal because these people were always in touch, did everything they can to find the box, and promised a refund in case it was completely lost (fortunately, it wasn’t). I am highly impressed.
