Contacted business and started… Contacted business and started application but had questions. Unable to get ahold of them and left message to cancel order. They processed the order anyway and charged me. Do not use this business.

I don’t know whether it was my bad luck… I don’t know whether it was my bad luck or what, but my parcel with all the stuff I’ve ordered was lost somewhere and it took almost two weeks to find it. However, I would like to note the great professionalism of everybody who works in My Service Animal because these people were always in touch, did everything they can to find the box, and promised a refund in case it was completely lost (fortunately, it wasn’t). I am highly impressed.

Problems Ordered two tags, were shipped out in time via USPS. I never received them, the P.O. said more postage was due. I emailed the company, sent a copy of the notice of postage due, but "John" refused to do anything about it, would not call the p.o., just insisted he had put enough postage on. I warned him that the notice said the post office would be returning the items by a certain date if he did not pay the postage due. They were returned to him. I then had to battle through Paypal to get the refunds because he refused to refund me voluntarily. I have the email string to prove he knew in plenty of time to fix the problem.
