(21 pounds) until I close it most of the way down and then it fits perfectly. I believe your “small” size can go til to a 25 pound dog. Fraudulent Fraudulent, don't believe the reviews, this does not work. Paid for everything I needed and my apartments still wouldn't accept as this is not from a real doctor. They have no help, the number doesn't work it always says calls overloaded and proceeds to tell you they prioritize premium subscribers, plus the stuff never came in the mail, never got a tracking number as the website said i would, and i couldnt dispute the transaction with my bank.
