GBThe exchanged vest arrived The exchanged vest arrived. (From M to S) Thank you very much, but just to give you an idea, the Small size is larger on her. (21 pounds) until I close it most of the way down and then it fits perfectly. I believe your “small” size can go til to a 25 pound dog. I believe your “Small” is larger than you may realize, but this is a wonderful harness. Well made and fits her perfectly. Thank you so much.

GBMy Service Animal not customer friendly Went to the My Service Animal website. Checked out the size of vest to order per their chart. My standard poodle is 68 pounds and 26 inches tall. Their chart says a medium is for dogs 24 - 30 inches tall weighing from 61 - 76 pounds. The vest arrived and is woefully too small. When I sent them an email describing the problem this is the response I got: "We can offer 2 options please choose one: 1. Keep the old harness and purchase a new one with 40% discount 2. Return the old one and purchase a new one with 20% discount " I suggested that it would be more helpful if I paid to return the vest and they sent out a large vest charging me for any difference in price between medium and large. Their response was enlightening - they weren't going to help me and offered the following: "So do you want to send us the old one and purchase a new one? Or keep old one and purchase new one with 40% off " Clearly these folks are not interested in happy customers - I suggest you avoid them.

GBIt was my first experience registering… It was my first experience registering animals online and, to be honest, I was terrified at first. The whole process looked too complicated for me. Fortunately, very nice people from the My Service Animal customer support were incredibly helpful and guided me through the whole process. I’m very happy with everything!
