GBBig nope. If you are looking to get an ESA Letter, this is absolutely NOT the company to use. They DO NOT provide you with a letter. They charge you $19 for a REQUEST for housing knowing full well that your landlord requires an an actual letter from a licensed therapist/doctor.

UAgood job somewhat scared by the negative feedback here. But I looked through all the registrars and they all have a lot of negative reviews, strange. In general, I registered my dog and received an ID card, now it is very convenient to show the status of my pet to everyone.

GBThe best website for registering service animals in the US! I recently used this website for registering my service dog, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. The registration process was straightforward and user-friendly, making it incredibly easy to navigate even for someone not particularly tech-savvy. Their customer support was top-notch, promptly addressing my queries and providing clear, helpful responses. I was particularly impressed with the speed of the process - I received my certification almost immediately after completing the registration, which was a pleasant surprise. What sets this website apart, however, is their dedication to making the world a more accessible place for those of us with service animals. It's clear they understand the importance of our companions and the role they play in our lives. They offer resources and guides alongside the registration service, which have been invaluable in my journey. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of service animal registration. Trustworthy, efficient, and committed to their cause - a rare gem in the digital world. 5/5!

GBMy Service Animal not customer friendly Went to the My Service Animal website. Checked out the size of vest to order per their chart. My standard poodle is 68 pounds and 26 inches tall. Their chart says a medium is for dogs 24 - 30 inches tall weighing from 61 - 76 pounds. The vest arrived and is woefully too small. When I sent them an email describing the problem this is the response I got: "We can offer 2 options please choose one: 1. Keep the old harness and purchase a new one with 40% discount 2. Return the old one and purchase a new one with 20% discount " I suggested that it would be more helpful if I paid to return the vest and they sent out a large vest charging me for any difference in price between medium and large. Their response was enlightening - they weren't going to help me and offered the following: "So do you want to send us the old one and purchase a new one? Or keep old one and purchase new one with 40% off " Clearly these folks are not interested in happy customers - I suggest you avoid them.
