It was my first experience registering… It was my first experience registering animals online and, to be honest, I was terrified at first. The whole process looked too complicated for me. Fortunately, very nice people from the My Service Animal customer support were incredibly helpful and guided me through the whole process. I’m very happy with everything!

I was able to get two of my three dogs… I was able to get two of my three dogs registered with my service animal, ( I didn't have enough money to do the third) and even mad a mistake and ordered the wrong item. The representative was very kind and sent me what I needed promptly! I will definitely refer everyone to them!!

They have no help, the number doesn't work it always says calls overloaded and proceeds to tell you they prioritize premium subscribers, plus the stuff never came in the mail, never got a tracking number as the website said i would, and i couldnt dispute the transaction with my bank.
