Home Swap made easy with Knock and Trisha! We had a wonderful experience with Knock and their Home Swap Program. But most of all with Trisha Schmidt, our loan advisor. She has been a joy to work with and so helpful in every step of the transaction. Trisha was always available to answer our calls, questions and concerns. She has made what is often a stressful process, more bearable. And on top of that, she is genuinely excited and happy for her customers during the process. We cannot thank her and the Knock team enough for helping us be able to buy our dream home!

So far So far, so good. In the middle of my first experience with the Knock HomeSwap program. This is great! It’s allowing my Purchaser to close and move into their new home before closing on their existing one. Andrew Yeakey was our initial contact. Dom Roher and his team took the reigns from there. Great communication and service to date.

Not to be trusted Knock repeatedly and severely mismanaged the closing of my house, eventually forcing the buyer to cancel the purchase agreement. The best way to describe their services would be "devastatingly incompetent." They compounded the problem by lying about it. Then lied about fixing it. Then lied about removing the people responsible from my account. So if you want to work with incompetent liars, Knock is the company for you. Otherwise find literally anyone else to work with.

Knowledgeable, professional, customer focused Knock has a good, innovative product that is poised to be a leader in service to many sellers and buyers. My experience with Tara Robertson, Oscar Gomez. and their teams was positive. They are knowledgeable and professional. And they really want to help serve their customers and agents. I saw improvement from my first transaction to my second. The communication was now timely and constant. We achieved closing within the 30 day window. But we had a slight hiccup at the end. What matters to me is how it was handled: with professionalism, sincere concern and service that went 'above and beyond'. I recommend Knock Swap and I would use them for myself as well.

Read this before considering Knock... [Update: Per Knock's reply, they are considering paths to resolution/restitution. I will update this review based on the outcome]. Imagine you find a house you love, the seller accepts your offer, you're under contract, all your stuff is packed, you've got time off work, and you're closing in 3 days. Then Knock calls and says - sorry, the loan isn't going to go through unless you can get an additional $25k that we forgot to tell you about until now. You don't have an additional $25k lying around. So the loan falls through, you lose the house, $12k earnest money, and there's no recourse. Welcome to working with Knock - where the line between legal and illegal is razor thin. You can have sterling credit, great income, get pre-approval, do everything that's asked of you on time and to spec, and Knock will still ruin your life.
