Told me over the phone that they can pay 4-10k for my $15,000 Tiffany necklace. I came all the way from New York, wasted 6 hours of my time for them to tell me “best we can give you is $1,300” once I got there. When I told them that they offered me 4-10k over the phone they said that that was wrong information.
