PKEasy Pay Direct was great to work with Easy Pay Direct was great to work with. They set up actual merchant accounts so it takes a couple of weeks but it is WELL worth it. If you have ever had account problems they will fix them. Also, they had the best rates I could find and they improved my decline rates which has ended up making me more profitable.

GBIncredibly knowledgeable Great company, amazing customer service. They do underwriting so that you never have account issues in the future. The downside to this is that it takes a few days. But… well worth it so you don’t get shut down. Stripe shut 3 of our accounts down which is what prompted me to find a more secure solution. These guys rock.

CAI have never dealt with a worse company… I have never dealt with a worse company in my life. I am not sure if they are going out of business or just the rep Stan is having cognitive decline issues. Submitted an app 18 days ago and since that time they have lost my bank statements, photo ID and void cheque TWICE. I have called him twice to reminded him that it’s in his email, then he disappears again. Very very concerning. My boss called to speak with a supervisor today and he advised her there were no supervisors or anyone else to speak with. No supervisors? Very odd. This is one shady company. I would never ever ever let them handle my money.
