Applied for FHA Loan I got a call from my loan officer, Josh Rapoport, this morning. Very happy with the feedback I received in such a short timeframe. I hope to be approved by next week. With how seamlessly things are going currently, I have no doubts about approval.

Wish I found them sooner Wish I found them sooner. Banks were turning down credit scores under 700 due to the craziness, strictness & chaos caused by the coronavirus but needless to say, District Lending was able to lend a helping hand, which I deeply appreciate. I was approved through them rather quickly. It's a relief that all lending opportunities weren't closed off.
