THThey never respond to emails They never respond to emails, they don’t answer the phone. If by some miracle someone does answer the phone then they will say they’re in the wrong department and promise that someone will call you. Surprise surprise that email/call never comes. Possibly the most incompetent company I’ve ever come across.
