USNo CC rewards given. Took money without permission. We trusted Zach Johnson, the CEO, because he was a friend of a friend and seemed like a nice guy when we met him. But I don't know if his company is a complete scam or they're just all super incompetent there. We've been using them for a year and a half. Then we got hit with a $695 charge for an annual fee that we were never notified about and never agreed to. They have direct access to our bank account (since the credit cards are paid off from that bank account) so they took it from there without permission. We have also never seen a penny of the rewards promised. They claim the delay is due to their team having to manually calculate the rewards, which seems to be a poor excuse given they are a software company.
