GBI like Acima because they are there to… I like Acima because they are there to help, the only thing I wish they would do is I wish they would report to credit bureau, so us that are trying to build up our credit,would get our credit score up.

GBWas very easy to use Was very easy to use, got what I wanted and aca helped me get it without paying all up front, things like this I tend to do great, paid off the early 90 day payment and will definitely be using acima again.

GBFinancing with the option of extended… Financing with the option of extended payments or a 90 days pay off was great. I chose the 90 day plan. Upon making the final payment, my loan was closed without any problem. Acima customer service reps are very nice and fully explain their company's policies and customers' payment options. I will use them again for future financing.

GBI went to get my car repaired at a… I went to get my car repaired at a company I will not name, the repair were $1557.00 before tax, the told me they had two options to apply for their store credit card or they had in-house financing and if I pay it off with in 90 days it would be same as cash so I took the second option. After my account was set up and got my car back I went on the company Acima’s website to look at my account. To my surprise the math was not matching when I called I inquired about the amount I was not told by Acima about a up charge. I advised them I was told if I was approved and paid within 90 days it would be like cash and no interest, however when I went on the site there was an additional $200.00 added to my account and when I called and inquired all I was told was “Acima is a third party and it was the original company’s responsibility to provide me with that information”, however the company was just as in the dark as I was. Unfortunately in my experience the representative atAcima did not care about how I felt or getting to the bottom of the situation only that they were not responsible for me not getting the correct information. I paid them off after 2 weeks having a balance of $1619.00. For me this is not the way I will go again.
