There were times when I was frustrated with not understanding the bill and paying via the app, but Acima customer service was very professional aswell very understanding. GBI don't like that you have the option… I don't like that you have the option to pay my lease off early but yet I was charged an extra $30 to do so, that's dumb af and defeats the purpose of paying it off early. Katapult is way better, I tried to give a different company a try and was disappointed. I'll stick to what I know moving forward.

GBFinancing with the option of extended… Financing with the option of extended payments or a 90 days pay off was great. I chose the 90 day plan. Upon making the final payment, my loan was closed without any problem. Acima customer service reps are very nice and fully explain their company's policies and customers' payment options. I will use them again for future financing.
