They will give you a bad short term deal with promise of better deal later that will never happen. They will take fees without funding your deal

Always there when I need them! I've been working with OnTrack for a while. They recently refinanced me into an amazing line of credit product going out five years at a freakishly low rate. Company is a fraud Company is a fraud. I made the mistake of attempting to get business funding through them. They stated they had to do a short term, high interest loan with a third party before they could offer a lower interest 36 month loan for the same amount, paying off the short term after 4 payments. Contracts were signed for both loans. 36 month term was to begin 2/1/2023. Several attempts to contact Ontrack by phone, text and email have been ignored. They wont even answer their phones (except for the two times they did answer and pretended they could not hear me. In addition, after submitting emails to the listed customer help desk, I received an email that two contracts have been voided in DocuSign. The contracts are not there and this was done after the effective dates of the contracts. I have names, dates of conversations, text messages and email. This companies fraudulent business practices have created a financial hardship. Much of this falls on e but I trusted The Trustpilot and BBB ratings for this company.

Ontrack is fantastic Ontrack is fantastic. I've worked with multiple private companies for funding. They all told me the same thing. "We're lenders not brokers". However, all the offers they threw back at me were ridiculous! But Ontrack, they didn't lie. They're the only company who actually gave me an offer fitting for a lender.
