Seems that this company works together… Seems that this company works together with Ellis and Burlington which can not be trusted. They have shared my details between the 2 companies. I would stay away from them, better safe than sorry.

better communication After a good start where I could share my story and Fast Refund told me they can help me in order trying to get (some) of my money back, I decided to sign up... After being contacted by customer satisfaction department , communication went much better.

I got a call from FRG I got a call from FRG. FRG was very sympathetic to my case. At no point they pressured me to go ahead and deal through FRG... they were forthcoming with all relevant information to help me with my case.
