They are trusted but their customer… They are trusted but their customer service is horrible !!! They take too long to answer and they eventually don’t even give you the help you need directly. We can be exchanging emails but the customer service would take 2 business working days to respond and the problem hasn’t even bern resolved yet.

………. BUT I have had no problems with LemFi, infact it’s been a godsend till my recent transaction to Ghana. I sent money to one account , the recipient received the alert, but the funds sent to a separate unknown account . We have gone between banks and Momo and MTN, the funds still haven’t shown up. I’ve been speaking to LEMFI, and they now say 8 weeks to recall the funds. If this is resolved , I’ll be pleasantly satisfied.

Failed transactions The rate is a little higher than competitors but there is a problem with the app. I consistently tried to nake transactions for the past two weeks, each time the transaction failed. My bank confirmed no problem at their end.Getting customer service is like a camel going through the eye of a needle. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times yet no improvement The developer needs improvement.
