A third of the money I spent on buying 7K Metals gold and silver went on fees i.e. 7k processing fees, US tax, shipping costs and UK bank transaction fees. Communication with 7 k was slow. If I was searching for a coin to buy I had to wait for answers on the chat box for a long time. I did not expect this as my experience with other companies was getting a response relatively quickly. If it was a weekend then I had to wait till Monday or later. Once I didn’t hear a response to an email for a month. I lost interest. Often the products I wanted were sold out. They messed up sometimes shipping my ordered products. As for storing products in the US vault I found that some products did not qualify for storage. Anyway you had to keep paying your membership to allow you to store in the vault. I cancelled my membership. They didn’t ask why. I don’t think they were ever interested in me as a customer.
