The way they give loans within… The way they give loans within short-term make me to proud with them all the time. And I have two suggestion: if possible 1. Let lidya extend the repayment period to weekly or monthly 2. Let the management of lidya to expand and enlighten their financial institutions especially to the Northern part of the country. Your interest rate is VERY high, Your interest rate is VERY high, You have hidden charges like administrative charge etc. Your daily debit method does not go well with businesses Your staff doesn't know the difference between old, reliable customers and new ones. No preferential treatment for we that's been with you for years now, rather they call and threaten you when there's a default (not customer fault o) Your loan recovery officials are very harsh and quick to threaten customer even when the fault is from you not debiting the customer as agreed.
