FCA Restrictions on Phoenix The FCA have told them to shut all UK accounts and this is nothing to do with Brexit. I know this as i complained to FCA and received an email stating the restrictions on the company and they need to close all accounts by the 21 of May 2021.

Phoenix TD is a fraud Phoenix TD is a double fraud. Plain and simple. They lock in your cash and then pretend that they are a anti-fraud team trying to get your money back - for which they will ask for your bank details.....say no more. They will also consistently call you using the private numbers of random individuals- from a variety of countries. Avoid.

I read a few negative reviews here I read a few negative reviews here, but I never had any problems with deposits or withdrawals. Especially with the last. So I don't get it why people are writing these things. This is a regulated broker and they are very careful with your money. I guess misunderstandings happen. The trading process may be complicated and sometimes even frustrating for the trader, but this doesn't mean that your broker is a scam.
