GBExcellent service Excellent service. Always available to answer questions. I am waiting for the fjnal 2 accounts to be settled. The funds r in place for the settlements. I am so thankful and grateful for not having the burden of dealing with all my credit cards on a monthly basis. At last i do have peace of mind Helen Coleman

GBOk so I was literally very skeptical… Ok so I was literally very skeptical and almost cancelled my first month but so far, they've settle on one credit card debt for Synchrony and I ended up paying less than was owed. Still awful to get in contact with someone and they don't keep you updated at all but I have trust that they will get me out of my discover and bank of america debt.

GBThis company is horrible This company is horrible. In the beginning things start off nice, the rep answers all of your questions gets you to sign paperwork. Once that's done, it goes downhill. They never explain to you the ramifications of settling your debt. And honestly, what they are doing for you you can do it yourself. They basically make you stop making payments on cc debt until the lender offers a settlement amount. They dont negotiate anything for you, its standard practice that if you go so long without paying on something they will offer a resolution. Meanwhile, your credit will suffer tremendously while you're waiting on them to "negotiate", charge offs can get reported to your credit and they do nothing afterwards to help you clean up the mess. They are also very hard to get in touch with, I've emailed and left messages and they never return either. I regret falling for this company

GBWish I would have known... I have been in this program for over a year and only one of credit cards has been settled. I have deposited $5500 and they have taken $2000 and pocketed it. I received a garnishment in the mail from one of the companies they were supposed to be working with. The customer service agent on the phone at NDRS even admitted they received an offer from said company and did nothing about it. I can't get ahold of anyone at this company anymore, not for weeks. The number just plays continous music and no one ever answers. I now have no choice but to file bankruptcy before this company garnishes over $5000 which I don't have because I have been putting all of my money into this NDRS. There are consequences for settling debit where you must claim the amount discharged as income on your taxes. I wasn't informed about this from NDRS. I figured it out from my attorney.
