However, mostly just we can't process your card message from the seller. P.S. Their refunds aren't refunds as well, you're getting their credits instead of something useful. As you can see - at least they are consistent. ↓ A lie - I sent few mails to their support 2 weeks ago about refund, had been ignored.

They finally returned my money to me by their credit account. I take my words back about scam machine but still the ivestigation took about 2-3 months which is too much long
