Oakhurst employees ignore all calls or promise return calls that never materialize. If I do reach a clerk representative – which occurs only by phone they continue deceit stating everyone is in a meeting they will call back. Look at the Oakhurst 5-star reviews within the last few months they ALL look FAKE within TRUSTPILOT! 01/17/2022 Silver never shipped, Called Oakhurst today 1045am PST Spoke to Greg Stevens he stated everyone is on a conference call they will call me back. I have never had a call back from OAKHURST METALS! I will be calling them back in 1 hour. If this is not resolved today I will be filing legal action. 12/29/2021 320pm spoke to Joseph Rickard he stated the 104 5oz units will be shipped by 01/10/2022 to correct this missing Silver.
