GBthe quality has gone down the quality has gone down, not as good as the original owner Dog collars do not stay adjusted. I tighten the collar and shortly the collars goes back and is falling off my dogs head. The metal dogs tags are very hard to read. Don't wait or they will not do anything for you and you will be with a product that does not work. Very poor quality and consumer help

GBA well-engraved tag isn't any good if it doesn't stay on the dog. The tag itself is about the size of a five cent coin. The online photos show the loop on the tag is as thick as the tag itself.....wrong! It is about 1/3 as thick and the tag broke off at the loop after only 3 days on my dog's collar. I found it on the bedroom floor. My 9 year old pointer isn't real active anymore, so it wasn't playing rough that broke it. My guess was him scratching an itch. A well-engraved tag isn't any good if it doesn't stay on the dog.

GBWe ordered a hundred tags for our… We ordered a hundred tags for our animal rescue over 2 weeks ago. Had a call saying they didn't have that one stock so we picked another. I asked when they will ship she told me in a couple days. I am still waiting, I've called and it only ever says they are closed so nobody ever answers and I've emailed with no reply. Still no tags and no response!
