USSatisfied customer! We obtained the information about loan forgiveness from a friend, and She believed that I would qualify because I am a state employee. The process was straightforward to access, and my husband and I plan to pass the service to friends and family.

USNot happy Not happy. I do not believe the information is helpful because there is no clear information on how to apply for debt forgiveness and is very limited on who qualifies. I believe all student loan debt should be forgiven for Veteran's. Further, I strongly believe that everyone should be entitled to case-by-case review. I was told, due to my military service, that after 10 years of consecutive payments, my loan would be forgiven; my repayment began in 2008 and as of today, the balance is close to the initial loan amount. In addition, my degree has not netted me a living wages due to the poor economy which was the case in 2008 and in 2021, a repeat. I submitted all my information and Chipper does not provide how I will be helped. Chipper appears to just want data but offers no clear resource for help or forgiveness.

USBEWARE BEWARE, This is a terrible app. It constantly crashes and glitches, there is now way to delete your account, so beware. Also, no customer support and it doesn't provide you anything that the studentaid.ed.gov website doesn't already do. I am highly suspicious this app is just to gather information about your loans and sell it to third parties. Use caution when trying this app.
