CAFirst thing I want to say as I start… First thing I want to say as I start this review is I've dealt with this company for many years and have been very satisfied as they've been professional very quick, always there when you need a little help... this past weekend I reapplied as I normally do took quite a while to get a response so I did email they responded with loan documents sent and email transfer sent out I respond that I did not receive anything. A few emails later they say you changed your email address I responded and said absolutely did not change my email address since then it's been a chain of arguments back and forth they claim I changed it even when I told them I didn't they told me I accepted the email transfer which I did not, clearly it's a case of fraud all that I'm getting is you accepted the email, this is resulting in me closing a bank account losing time from work having to create fraud report and alert credit bureau. Very disappointing, really do not need this especially right before Christmas
