Jamaal Terrance .. When will you care ? This has to be the most awful business I ever attempted to take part in ! I purchased a starter account 7/8/2022 via btc since they stopped taking card payments it’s suppose to take 3-5 days to get the KYC email. I finally got it and verified my documents on 7/21/2022. On the site they state you would get your login details in 1-2 days it’s now 9/25/2022 and I’ve yet to get my login details . I was thinking due to a new launch business they had some hiccups but no that’s not case at all I’ve reached out and messaged trutrader on Instagram comments, Instagram DM’s, telegram support chat, website ticket system, website instant support chat and their new launched discord chat , I also messaged Jamaal Terrance on Instagram Comments, Instagram DM’s (which is the owner of trutrader) and yet I still get no reply or help - the communication and support system sucks and all this processing time that they state on their website is a front , I’ve already seen other people complaining about the same issue, I’ve seen people complain and say they been waiting more then 2 weeks for their withdraw payments , I find it funny that with all this customer issues going on you always see Jamaal and his trutrader team on Instagram enjoying their self as if there business is in some type of success. When does the paid customers become some type of priority ??
