Worst Customer Service! I submitted an application and supporting documents several weeks ago. After several calls and emails all with no response I finally got a live person on the phone. The person didn't give me the status of my application but instead gave me a phone number of another company that the agent said had better rates than amerimerchant. I still don't know if my loan was ever approved or denied. It was a total waste of my time.

Review your transaction history Make sure and balance the deductions from your business account with the credits to your Amerimerchant account. There were a few occasions where a manual deduction was added to the automatic and no credit was given to my account for it. Other than that issue they have been good to work with for a new business owner.
