GBDon't Waste Your Time Been invested a few months and I am looking forward to withdrawing my investment after the 1 year mark so I won't have to pay solid 6% early withdrawal fee (hundreds of dollars for me). Earning are annualized 12-16% (less than $40 per quarter for me) so the fee would take hudreds more than you can earn. Company is disorganized and makes it difficult to get monthly dividend earnings and it was advertised for its dividend income. Busy business owners definitely shouldn't waste their time when there are other REIT investments that pay the same or higher dividends distributed monthly with no issues. Seems that Roots is only worth it if you're a renter in one of their units getting rental payment discounts. Website navigation is also sorely lacking. Roots charges a $5 fee for every contribution, which is average as some REITs charge more but a few don't charge at all.
