Awful! Awful! It took 10 days for Capital Finance to clear a final payment I'd made on my car. They have archaic systems, untrained staff, and can't follow clear instructions. I am still having issues obtaining a report showing the interest payments I've made on my car! Seriously... don't bother. Date of experince.... too many to mention!

Jerel and Breya are on top of what you need and expedite your case with the quickness! Howie is also a star in my Book. He made phone calls when he was busy with meetings, until the process was complete. In short, quick processing and your funds are available in a snap. Capitol Finance ROCKS!

Mixed review The customer service was really good. Will most likely have to use their service again. I do not like the fact that they never approve me for the amount I need so I still end up not being able to do what I asked to get the money for in the first place and then have to turn around and borrow again. It would be great if their underwriting department was more lenient. I noticed the CEO responded which is nice but still leaves me with questions that I’ll reserve for their reps. Like I said the customer service is really good so I’m not trying to discourage anyone from using their service or speak badly of their company. I was asked to share my opinion and that is my personal experience.
