The screwed up and put my money in the… The screwed up and put my money in the wrong account! They are saying I didn't give them proof of ownership of the account I wanted the money deposited. I did! I have proof and I emailed them the proof. They are denying I sent it to them before hand and the email clearly shows I DID! I also have proof they received the email beforehand and opened it through google. They were very rude and wouldn't take ownership for the mix up. Not a honest company to do business with. They put me in financial ruin. Oh and I am expected to pay back money I didn't get on top of it all! There is a lot of other companies you can use besides Capital. I advise you to run. Repling to your wrong investigation! On page 9 of the signed contract has the bank to which I told you to deposit the funds! I emailed you the deposit form for the account! Which you denied I did. I have proof! I NEVER OKED DEPOSIT IN THE OTHER ACCOUNT FOR THIS LOAN! Jerome DID call me a LIAR! YOU DEPOSITED THE FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT OKED BY THE 1ST LOAN NOT THIS ONE! I was NEVER contacted nor authorized this to happen! I have proof every step of the way. I will gladly provide screen shots on here if you would like!

Just be honest Didn’t help when I really needed after I had all of my surgeries they said they would help and at the last minute they backed out. But that’s business I guess and I will just pay them back what they gave me plus the interest but I will never recommend them to anyone else because if you’re going through a serious case like I am you will be homeless like I am. That’s fine it wasn’t the fact that you denied me that made me confused. It was I was given the notion that it was about to be accepted at least that what I was told until all of a sudden it was a no! I have no hard feelings I just wanted a fair shot at the beginning. I would have actually gave a better review if I would’ve just got told no to begin with, with the last attempt in January. Thank you for your great wishes and I thank you for the help that you did give. But just for the response I have given it a second thought but still wouldn’t have done it in the first place. On another note you must’ve not seen all of the case bc it’s different now. Have a blessed day

Mixed review The customer service was really good. Will most likely have to use their service again. I do not like the fact that they never approve me for the amount I need so I still end up not being able to do what I asked to get the money for in the first place and then have to turn around and borrow again. It would be great if their underwriting department was more lenient. I noticed the CEO responded which is nice but still leaves me with questions that I’ll reserve for their reps. Like I said the customer service is really good so I’m not trying to discourage anyone from using their service or speak badly of their company. I was asked to share my opinion and that is my personal experience.
